Karen Flom, administrative assistant
When Karen isn’t in the Valley Covenant office on Tuesdays and Fridays, she spends her time out in her yard or around Eugene on a bike ride. She enjoys bird watching and enjoying God’s creation through hiking and going to the beach. Her husband is a microbiologist with Peace Health and they have a daughter. They moved to Eugene from Pullman, Washington. Go Cougs…I mean, Go Ducks! Dr. Stephen Bilynskyj, pastor (retired)
Pastor Steve began serving at Valley Covenant in 1993 and retired June 2022. Preaching and teaching are his joy. He believes that Christian life should be a warm blend of head and heart, passionate for the truth and compassionate for others.
Steve is originally from California, but lived many years in the Midwest before coming to Oregon. He attended Westmont College, the University of Notre Dame, and North Park Seminary. He has also pastored in Lincoln, Nebraska.
We are grateful for he and Beth’s service, friendship, and support over the 29 years of ministry with us.
