Believing that Jesus called Christians to work toward the flourishing of all creation, we seek to bless our neighbors and the city we live in. To this end, we partner with a number of local nonprofit organizations.

A Place to Sleep

We participate in St. Vincent de Paul’s Overnight Parking Program, providing a safe space for a family to live in their trailer.

During the winter, we are a site for the Egan Warming Center. We lay out mats and open our sanctuary to those who would otherwise be sleeping in the cold.

For two weeks each year, we host a group of families through the Interfaith Night Shelter, again opening our sanctuary to provide a place for families without homes to stay together rather than be split up into different shelters.

We regularly collect food and other items for the Kennedy Middle School food pantry, Food for Lane County, and the Eugene Mission.

We participate in Project Hope, doing light maintenance work on a nearby public school during the School Work Day and helping kids get ready for school with a school supply giveaway at the Kids’ Fair.

We support Love INC, a nonprofit organization that mobilizes church members to aid anyone in need with practical help and supportive relationships.
